Logs generated from 2026-09-16 18:11:43.399 UTC to 18:16:21.452 UTC (~4 minutes 38 seconds) were lost.

We are sorry for this loss of data and for the unavailability of log viewing today throughout the day.

We have added resiliency while restoring service, and have plans to add additional resiliency in the coming days.

NATS is now right-sized and is draining into ClickHouse. The incident will remain open until ClickHouse has caught up.

We have identified the issue, which is related to a change to enable replicated ClickHouse and the exacerbated by undersized NATS.

We're investigating an issue where request logs for Application Load Balancers are not available. Log events are being generated as expected, but are not being written to our log storage backend, so recent logs are missing from the console and API. Logs will be buffered until the pipeline fully recovers.

Load balancer traffic is not affected — requests are being routed and served normally. This issue is limited to log visibility.

A fix has now been identified and rolled out to production.

We are investigating an issue affecting Application Load Balancer creation. Users may experience delays or failures.
